Our Multifloral Honey is a true expression of the Scottish countryside and the changing seasons. Every jar reflects the incredible diversity of wildflowers, trees and flowering plants visited by our bees throughout the year, creating a honey that is rich, complex and naturally unique.
Unlike honey produced from a single floral source, our multifloral honey captures the character of an ever-changing landscape. The result is a beautifully balanced flavour with delicate floral notes, subtle fruitiness and a smooth, lingering finish that changes slightly from season to season.
In 2026, this honey was awarded 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards, one of the world's most respected food accreditation schemes. Judged through a rigorous blind tasting process, a 2-Star award recognises products that are considered outstanding, placing them among the finest examples of their kind.
At Brawliemuir Farm, we believe exceptional honey begins with healthy bees. We harvest only the surplus honey the colonies naturally produce, leaving them with the stores they need to thrive. We never force production, and every decision is made with the long-term wellbeing of our bees in mind.
The honey is extracted gently at low temperatures, simply filtered to remove natural wax particles, and never blended or over-processed. This allows it to retain the aromas, flavours and natural character that the bees and the Scottish landscape have created.
