Crafted in the wild landscapes of Aberdeenshire, our Heather Honey is one of Scotland’s most prized natural treasures. Harvested at the end of summer, when the moors turn purple and the heather blooms at its fullest, this honey is produced in extremely limited quantities and carries the unmistakable, rich character of its origin.
What makes this edition truly special is its hand-crafted beeswax jar, moulded from pure beeswax produced by our own colonies at Brawliemuir Farm. Each jar is unique, natural, and fully biodegradable — a beautiful celebration of the hive’s work and the harmony between bees and their environment.
